BDA Principal and Professor of Graphic Design Communication, Frank Baseman, served as a Mentor for the Adobe Design Achievement Awards. The Adobe Design Achievement Awards is one of the most prestigious student design competitions in the world. I was so excited to be working with such a supremely talented illustrator, Daphne Christoforou. We communicated together via email several times over the course of several months and finally met through Skype. Originally from Cypress, Daphne studied at the University of Brighton in Brighton, England and then the Royal College of Art in London.
